FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Members Present: Dan Moriarty, Maryellen Brown, Michael Storch
The committee reviewed the Reserve Fund Transfer requests submitted by the Town Accountant.
The committee voted to pay the annual dues and purchase updated handbooks
Dan M. Reviewed the mail.
The committee will request 3 copies of the Beacon when the subscription renews.
There is to be a seminar on the Open Meeting Law. Dan Moriarty will attend
Maryellen Brown nominated Dan Moriarty, Chair and Michael Storch as posting secretary and Maryellen volunteered to be the recording secretary. So moved
Members signed the Reserve Fund Transfers. There was a question regarding the account to account transfers. Maryellen Brown will meet with Barbara Gauthier to see if this provision of the Municipal Relief act was still in effect
Michael Storch will set up a standing meeting for the 1st Thursday of each month.
